For both Right and Left foot make a note of measurements on a list, so you can put the complete measurements in the description on the Fax cover page below the title.

Start by tracing your feet, each on a separate sheet of paper, if you need help keeping the pencil straight up ask a friend to help with the tracing's.

Please keep foot on paper while measuring the high arch, and across the wide foot area just behind the toes, with each foot.

​

Use a sewing measure tape to come up from the trace line instep of arch across the top of arch and down to the other side of foot to the line of the trace. ( inches and 16ths )

​

Measure the widest part of foot just behind the toes coming up from the instep trace line across the foot to the other trace line. ( inches and 16ths )

 

Measure the girth ( circumference ) of The ankle with a tape measure, for a good fit if ordering ankle high. ( inches and 16ths )

And IF you want calf high, include the ankle girth, and measure girth of calf just where the calf begins to narrow, and be sure to measure the height of the calf to floor. ( inches and 16ths )

 

Or if ordering a pair of knee high I will also need those ankle and calf measurements mentioned previously, as well as the girth of knee and the height. ( inches and 16ths )
